Site plans for the financier's secluded tropical island featured within the released materials.
Additionally included in this recent photograph disclosure is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had drawn up plans to develop the sprawling island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
Marked on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is annotated in notations in red and features a legend labelling distinct sections of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be several other site drawings and construction drawings, such as layouts for marina coverings.
Further images released as part of the ongoing oversight release.
